MailProvision is operated by Retty Software LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms. We will email you about material changes.

The service

MailProvision lets you connect a Google Workspace via OAuth and provision users into it via a shareable invite link. We act on your authorization and only with the scopes listed on our Security page.

Billing

Each connected Workspace creates its own subscription, billed via Stripe. Disconnecting a Workspace cancels its subscription immediately. Each user provisioned through MailProvision adds Google's per-user fee to your Google Workspace bill, that fee comes directly from Google, not us.

Acceptable use

Don't use MailProvision to provision accounts in Workspaces you do not administer, to bulk-create accounts for spam, or to circumvent Google's policies. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

MailProvision is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
